Penja white pepper is cultivated in the Penja region, a small town located in Cameroon. This exceptional pepper is produced entirely by hand. In addition, no specific treatment enters the drying process, which is carried out in a completely artisanal way. The specificity of its aroma comes from the local terroir, of volcanic origin.
